This exclusive qualifying program is an essential requirement for any aspiring artist seeking to be mentored by Alexis Rosasco, professional artist and founder of Rosasco’s Gallery, Rosasco’s Academy of Art & Design, and AR Designs Fine Art & Tattoo, in North Adams, Massachusetts.

We set the bar higher every year, as our goals do not stop with producing incredible custom artwork, we also aim to deliver the best experiences possible to our community, and that begins with the education of our team members.

This program includes…

• One classroom session a week.

• One on one goal setting and tracking meetings.

• Mindset coaching & counseling.

• Guidance on how to create & showcase versatile custom artwork.

• Insights on developing targeted portfolio content.

• Portfolio development and polishing assistance.

• Studio etiquette, philosophies & expectations.

• Proper and thorough consultation training and simulations.

• Regular critiques from peers, consumer allies and industry professionals.

  This program is Pass/Fail

  Student work is presented quarterly to a review board of industry professionals for critique. To maintain a place in the program, students must show enough growth from quarter to quarter to demonstrate a true dedication to their practice.

  Exceptional Students will receive real world shadowing opportunities within the Tattoo Parlor, certification assistance, and the opportunity to learn how to operate safely on sight.

  Graduates will leave with a professionally curated commercially viable flash portfolio, a certificate of completion from Rosasco’s Academy of Art & Design, and be awarded an apprenticeship opportunity at AR Designs Fine Art & Tattoo, North Adams, MA.
